I'am 25 years old, and graduated from University of Sumatera Utara,Medan (Indonesia) in Bachelor Degree of Economic, majoring in Management (GPA: 3.64 on scale of 4.00).
I've been working for 3 years as a junior lecturer and consultant of Human Resources Development in "Plantation Training Institute in Agribusiness Management & HR Development" in Medan (Indonesia).
My intention to join this group will be beneficial to me as well as to my institution and help me a lot gathering information to continue my study into Master Degree.
